Technical Quote

Engineers will formulate technical solutions based on the requirements, give feasibility assessments and suggestions; and provide quotations including unit price, mold fees (if any), logistics costs and delivery time based on the requirements and order quantity.

Sample production and confirmation

After the customer confirms the technology and quotation, we will make samples, send them by express for customer verification, and modify them according to the feedback until the customer is satisfied.

Signing a contract

Clarify product specifications, quantity, price, delivery time, payment and after-sales terms, collect a 30%-50% advance payment, and sign the agreement for the order to take effect.

Production and quality control

We organize production according to contract requirements and provide visual updates, such as real-time photos or videos of the production progress. Quality control includes comprehensive inspections on each batch, with third-party testing services available upon request (e.g., SGS certification).

Packaging and logistics

We provide customized packaging based on product characteristics and customer requirements, ensuring safe delivery. Logistics are arranged according to the chosen transportation method, with all necessary clearance documents provided for smooth customs processing.

After-sales and long-term cooperation

We follow up with customers after product receipt to ensure quality and usage, offering timely solutions for any issues. We maintain long-term relationships by understanding future needs, providing product updates, and offering preferential policies and custom services to loyal customers.
